Delivery and Returns

Delivery Estimates

Specified courier and delivery estimates will be based on agreed terms as part of your individual company contract. For more information, please contact your YAKEEN Safety account manager.

 

 

Returns & Exchange Process


Return (RMA) forms are available online to be completed and returned to Yakeen Safety to raise the official Return Authorization paperwork.

The Official RA paperwork must accompany any returns back to Yakeen Safety.


Please consider the following when requesting a credit/return.

If goods received are faulty or incorrectly supplied by Yakeen please follow the following
process;

  • Complete the RMA form with all information required
  • Attach a copy of the Yakeen Safety Invoice that the return relates to
  • Email both RMA form and invoice through to returns@rseasafety.com.au
  • Yakeen Safety will contact you and provide you with a copy of the processed RA Return copy
  • As Yakeen Safety cannot pick up direct from site, please return goods with RA Return Copy, RMA Form and  riginal invoice to the Yakeen Store that the original order was sent from, or if requested the address Yakeen Safety instructs you to send the goods to
  • Once Yakeen Safety receives the goods, our store will then process the RMA in full

Goods must be unused and in original unopened packaging, with original ticketing and all accompanying instructions, manuals and other accompanying materials.

Yakeen Safety will not accept requests for credits or exchanges for any of the following;

  • Requests for credit made 30 days after the goods were purchased from us
  • Garments that have had a name or locker number embroidered on it
  • Special Custom made products
  • All personal protective equipment
  • Harnesses
  • Carabiners and connectors
  • Hardware for life support such as ascenders, fall arrestors and descenders
  • Helmets
  • Thermals/underwear;
  • Special custom-made products

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


This Returns Policy is in addition to your statutory rights.


You must present proof of purchase to Yakeen Safety when returning a product.


Refunds (if any) will be issued in the same form of tender as the original purchase transaction (cash, credit card, EFT) and it is the customer’s responsibility to retain and produce proof of purchase.


Yakeen Safety reserve the right to:

  • assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a remedy; and/or
  • refer the item to the manufacturer of the goods for assessment to determine whether
  • or not you are entitled to a remedy
To request a return, you are required to submit a “Returns Authority Form”, which is located on your online dashboard under the 'Return' Tab.
